Our Service is designed to assist you with finding an attorney that matches your needs in 3 steps. In order to maximize our Service to you, we use information collected about you while still protecting your privacy. Given we are continuously trying to improve our technolgy, these policies are subject to change. If there are any modifications to these policies, we will post them via this Privacy Policy.
Users can access the Services using their Device via our website (www.iseekLAW.com) or via the Apple App Store and/or Google Play, through APIs, and third parties. A “Device” is any device used to access the website or App, including without limitation, a computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other electronic device. By using our Service, you are consenting to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses described in this Policy. The use of information collected shall be limited to the purpose of providing the Service.
What information is obtained and how is it used?
The website and/or Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register through the website or the Application. Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered unless you register with us.
When you register with us and use the Service, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, social media contact information, user name and password to bring in your social media links (including, without limitation Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, and other social media formats that may come and go from time to time) along with other registration information; (b) transaction-related information, if any, if and when you download or use applications from us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; and (d) information you enter into our system when using the Service, such as contact information and any question you may submit to the attorneys.

If you are an attorney, you will be asked to provide your firm name, address, telephone number, state where you are licensed, bar number and other information related to your experience, bar associations, affiliations, and years of practice. We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
Our website and/or the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address, service provider, operating system, the type of Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the website and/or Application.
Log Data. We may collect certain technical information about your use of our products when you use them, and generally this is not information that could be used to identify you without reference to other information (collectively, “Usage Information”). Like many applications and services, when you visit a website or download an app, you disclose certain information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, the time of your visit, mobile operating system type, browser type, mobile device type, the identity of your internet service provider (ISP), and/or frequency and duration of App usage. We – like many other services – may record this basic information. This may include demographic information about you. We track and reference your Usage Information to better understand how effective our Services are and how visitors interact with them.
Yes, we use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within and display a location map with relevant information regarding our attorney subscribers and advertisements. We may share your current location with other users or partners. If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the Application.
Yes. We may share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Policy. Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by us and our partners’ marketing partners, affiliates, or analytics or service providers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking your movements around the website/App and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
We partner with third party advertisers to either display advertising on our website or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our advertising partners may use cookies and web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information about your activities on this and other sites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests.
We may also offer you the ability to interact with social plug-ins from social media sites, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google+. The social media sites may receive data when you visit a website or app that has plug-ins such as ours. In some cases, we may know that you clicked on a social plug-in such as a “Like’ button or “tweet/re-tweet” other information from the social media sites. As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process; when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others; investigate fraud or respond to a government request; with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement; if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets. You will be notified via a notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email at admin@iseeklaw.com for the website and Applciation.
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use our Service and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided, please contact us at info@iseeklaw.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
We do not use the Application, website or Serivces to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@iseeklaw.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our website, Application and/or Services.
